They graded the area and removed all the overburden, moved our sprinkler valves, dug the holes for and poured footings for three support posts, and then poured a concrete slab for storage as well as the rest of the footings for the deck. They were prompt, kept their work area clean, communicated well, and were willing to work with the fact that I recently had knee surgery and had dogs that needed to use the yard periodically during the day. When I left my third message, I was angry. Now he will not come because I was angry. Typical service these days. No follow through, then it is the customers fault because it makes you upset. His communication was terrible, and I have a half working 5000.00 sprinkler system. I am additionally concerned that I was not able to evaluate the whole system until now and since identifying these issues and not receiving any interaction from him causes concern that his intention was never to follow though in the first place."
