He got the job done quickly AND cleaned up after himself. He had a lot of good advice about trees in my yard, even answering some questions about tree planting and pruning since he has several years of experience as an arborist, although he only does stump removal now. "The company is very responsive. They were the first to call, and first to stop by for a quote, however, they did arrive later than the time frame provided. The pricing is average and they were able to schedule our project the following day of the quote. They arrived on time to do the job but did not complete the agreed-upon items (pulling weeds from gardens and window wells, or seed bald spots in the grass). I text my concerns and got an immediate response. They apologized for the oversight and notified me they would be out the following day to finish up. When I arrived home that evening, the work had still not been completed. I contacted them again in which they responded immediately. They apologized and promised we would be the first project of the day the next morning. They arrived early and complete the job. I realized after all of this, that 2 trees included in the quote to be shaped, were left untouched. I decided to leave this alone, but feel confident if I were to reach out again, they would come back out to resolve. The work was okay, the responsiveness and willingness to correct the issues were appreciated, but the amount of follow-up on our end to get everything completed that was previously discussed within the original quote is far more effort than I would want to put into this again."
