"I chose Brian based on Angie's List reviews! Everything everyone says is TRUE. My home was left in immaculate condition. NO cigarette butts, no beer cans, care around my flower beds etc. This was the best work we've ever had done on our home's exterior. The time and care that Brian and his crew took were amazing. This project was started very late in the season as we only contacted Brian for an estimate in late July and, as you might expect, he was booked for most of the 'season'. The project took slightly longer than expected given the late start, and the fact that weather is ALWAYS a factor with exterior painting and beyond anyone's control. Regardless, Brian ALWAYS stayed in touch via email or text to let us know his plans. and completed most of the project (we actually ADDED things to the scope of the project that could not be done before the bad weather hit) and he will return in the spring to complete these added items for us. <br /> If you are looking for a "cheap" painting job, this company is NOT for you. Brian charged what I consider to be a fair rate for the extent of the job (very large home) and the attention to detail in the workmanship that he provided. "<p>            We originally found Mr. Pearl through this service. From the first phone call Mr. Pearl "Troy" was a professional and that carried through out the job. He was very detail oriented and settled any concerns that I had with answers that he had obviously  gotten from years of experience. Once I explained what I wanted he gave me some options that I had not considered that actually saved us money. Once we decided on a price that was what I consider fair, we signed a contract that spelled out everything he and I were responsible for. </p> <p>           Since this was a second home and I would not be there during the construction of the addition It was tough to put my faith in someone we had just met but it was worth it, Troy is a man of his word they were at the job when we agreed his people were neat and the workmanship was quality. I would not hesitate to recommend his operation to anyone. </p> <p>            The job involved an addition to an existing log home, He started when he was suppose to and any delays were weather related or due to change orders, they matched the new part so that it looks like it was there from day one. The project also needed some site work as well as concrete, electrical, and plumbing. </p> <p>              I really did not have any serious issues once we started and If I have any issues at all they are not with Pearl Contracting they were with the subs he used specifically the plumbing and alarm co. I'm pretty sure that if you ask Troy he either is not using them anymore or will tell you what the issues were.     </p> Regardless of the subs lacking Troy made what they were responsible for happen. <br />"

"It went very well. Mr. Dunn assisted us in selecting the proper size doors and either left hand opening or right hand opening. When our doors arrived Mr. Dunn was advised and he came within a few days and installed our beautiful new doors. His workmanship is top quality. The doors function perfectly. Mr. Dunn reached out to us about one week later to insure we were very happy with his work and our new doors. Mr. Dunn performed all the work himself and paid very close attention to details. We plan to call upon Mr. Dunn again soon."

"For the designer and the construction it all added up to $22,000. It was just small things. They took and made choices on certain things that they should have asked me first before they purchased the item. As far as their workmanship, it was excellent. The price was very reasonable. We had 3 or 4 people come in depending on what their experience was. They were in the middle so I can't complain on the price. I like their price compared to their work. They did an excellent job as far as the quality. The cabinetry guy was very precise and right on. There were 2 guys working, one was a gopher and the other was the cabinetry guy. The one thing that I appreciated about this company is that they consolidated their plumbing, electrical. I didn't have to search elsewhere to get that done. They had it within their team, licensed to get it done. Other than picking out a few things that I didn't approve of and I had to reorder, I was pleased with it. Their boss responded every time the boys left. He wanted to know if we approved of the work or if there was anything we needed added or subtracted. The boss was right on, the owner I should say. The contractor himself kept close tabs on his men. When they said they were going to be here, they were here."
