"Second time we've worked with Joyland on a full roof replacement - couldn't be more pleased! The process was handled professionally and with great communication. Ross began with an in-depth meeting to REALLY listen to what we wanted evaluated and our time constraints. He did a great job answering ALL our questions, examining our roof from the inside as well so there would be no surprises. He even identified chimney work for us to be aware of to get repaired. We had no idea it needed work. A crew was on site within DAYS to start and 2.5 days later, our new roof was COMPLETE. The workers were great and left the property spotless at the end of each day. Conrad - project manager - stayed 100% on top of the daily progress, keeping us informed at all times, even with some rain issues to work around. From the first call, their staff was professional, helpful and scheduled me for my service calls. I asked for them to place me on a waiting list for an earlier appointment and they followed up as promised and moved my service appointment up by a month. Randy, their service technician, visited today and was terrific--informative and efficient. My air handler, heat pump and hot water heater were inspected and serviced. This is one of two visits I will have from them in this coming year.
