Les replaced and repaired the siding on the house and garage. He repaired he soffit around the house. Les also painted the entire house and garage once all wood and siding was replaced or repaired. Les took care of many small details on his own, not needing to be told what to do. If something was not to his liking, he worked on it until it was. Les is very conscientious and is extremely reliable, not to mention that he is a very pleasant person to deal with. Even neighbors commented on his work ethic and abilities. The gutters were installed a week later by a separate crew and again the work was quick and the clean-up was superior. This project was completed over two days. <br /> What was most appreciated was the office team's coordination effort. I contracted for the work in June. June 2014 was a very rainy month. They did a very good job with coordination. The owner of the company also helped me with ordering of the supplies with a local hardware company and coordinating for the deliveries. My estimate included many options so that I could choose the desired work and understood the prices. <br /> The roofing crew repaired two rotten spots quickly and at minimal additional cost.
