"The purchase went very smoothly.  It was originally scheduled to be delivered and set up on May 23rd.  I received an automated call the evening before letting me know that the delivery would be between 10:45 and 12:45.  I left work and was home by about 10:40.  And I waited.  And I waited.  Sometime between 12:30 and 1:00 I received a couple of calls.  One was automated the other from a person letting me know that they would not be able to deliver the machine that day.  I was, i think, quite understanding until I was told that the machine was not in the shipment that was received that morning.  So the delivery could not be made because they didn't have the machine.  I should have been called right away in the morning letting me know that it was not shipped and could not be delivered. I was ticked off and told the person that maybe I should be reimbursed for the wages that I lost while I am sitting there waiting for a machine that could not be delivered..  We finally agreed on 50,000 rewards points ($50.) which can be used at either KMart or Sears.  I was still not happy with the situation but at least I was compensated for my lost time.  The machine was delivered on 6/4/14.  The delivery men were very nice, cleaned up after themselves even took their shoes off when they were in the house.  Overall I am pleased with this transaction. <br />"

"They gave us great service, we had two meetings regarding our needs and bids. We took 4 bids including from the big boys like Pella and Anderson. The bids were comparable but what we really liked was they did not subcontract out the installation, these were their employees that had been with them (15-22 years; so we knew the installation would be done correctly and with a life time warranty that was transferable we knew they would stand behind their work. <br>Justin was here a couple of times a day during the removal and installation and they worked well with another contractor that was doing a seperate project. The crew was on time and very professional. Clean up was great and took care not to hurt any of the plants or landscaping. <br>We will use them again and would highly recommend them to others"
