Painters came and went at their leisure. 2 days after work was finished (took about a week), David (the owner) called my wife using profanity and calling her a P.O.S. (yeah, really) and demanding payment in full that day or he would put a lein on the house. This was after she said the bank is sending the payment and it would be a day or 2 before it landed in our account. He was nice and quiet when he came to get his check literally the next day and I (the husband) was home. Go figure."
