"Dedicated electrical services was very professional, from the first phone call to get an estimate to completing the job. I needed six can lights changed from 'Peg' light bulbs to LEDs. The electricians that came to my home listened to what I had to say about the issue with the peg lights and provided options for a solution. During the installation of new light fixtures, that have a brightness setting, they checked after installing the first one to see if the light setting was okay before moving on with the rest. For the first time in a few years I finally have decent lighting in my kitchen. I no longer feel like I live in a cave. I will definitely be having Dedicated Electric Services come back and change out the remaining 'peg' lights in my home."

"After an immediate response to my HA request, I was scheduled for an estimate. The owner came out to assess to scope of work and build the estimate, which I had the next day. Jeff was also very negotiable regarding changes on the original estimate. We hired them for the lengthy project. John and his team were here right on time and left on time everyday and they cleaned up after each days work. Our project involved a 350' foot trench, installation of a street light, powering our driveway gate and adding power to both fountains (the kept the damaged to the yard minimal), AND adding 2 additional lights our our garage....thats just the outside work. Inside they added new or changed existing lights, including adding 2 pendant lights to our stairwell and 6 can lights to our front room. Everything went much smoother than I thought it would. These guys know their stuff. We were stressed for a long time about how we would run power under the concrete driveway and sidewalk and these guys did it in under an hour! They were always polite and friendly, practiced covid19 guidelines and kept us aware of everything they were doing. They were easy to communicate with and managed change orders in a breeze. I trust them with any electrical work I need. I recommend hiring these guys because their pricing is very fair and the staff is superior to other contractors I've worked with. John has returned to our home twice since work was finished, to repair issues that occurred after they left,that didn't have to do with areas they had done work in. Thats what I call EXTREME customer service at the highest level....100%! You won't regret your decision. I would have given 10 stars if I could!"

"Worley Wiring was an amazing company to work with. From the first time I met the owner Kevin for the estimate on a whole house rewire of the 1955-era house wiring all the way through to the final punch list items, both he and his crew were awesome to work with. Their work was top notch and they took the time to do things right. They also worked with me on some custom requests to use my existing smart dimmers and switches, along with the inevitable "oh, right, can you do xyz since you're here?" for a very reasonable upcharge. "My request for an HVAC system through Homeadvisor was very clear. The home does not have an existing furnace or ductwork. When the salesperson called, I explained that the home needed a furnace and ductwork. The agent said no problem we can handle that. Unfortunately, the sales agent that came today informed us that the company does not do new ductwork installation. They only perform repairs or replace furnaces. He did offer a mini-split solution, which isn't viable for our home due to power outages. Very frustrating and a total waste of my time and David Shelton the Comfort Consultant that came to our home."

"Rock Electric was great. We had electricity brought to a new shop in our backyard. The Rock people were on time, they stayed in touch while we were scheduling and rescheduling. The initial visit went well and all the little details were worked out in a straightforward manner. No issues when we requested the work be permitted either. They were accommodating and professional When there was a question about the trench we dug that we thought met specs they reached out immediately and made sure they were ok to proceed. The job was done quickly and the permitting inspection was also done at the same time. Great customer service. They did a fine job of staying in touch for time frames. After initially speaking with some other outfits that never got back to us or did not show or call for their scheduled appts it was refreshing to work with a group with conscientious, communicative, customer oriented people. We would definitely hire them again if a project comes up. Thanks guys."
