"We had A Better Roofing Co. do our roof about 8 years ago. They were excellent. They are always there for us when we have questions like: can we attach something to the roof without damaging it, etc. They have come out to study the questions and give answers. This time, during the storm and rain, a tree fell and damaged our roof some. They came out the next morning and scoped it out. Making sure that any holes would be secure and not do further water damage to the roof, etc. until they could get the tiles for our roof and come repair it. Which they did. They returned and installed and repaired the damage. It looks great. They are a company that not only stands behind their work, they don't forget previous clients!"

"Excellent job and customer service. Worked with Will Ytsma at RoofSmart to find the best roofing options for my budget. He did a great job narrowing down the roofing options to best meet my needs. Andrew, Omar and Pedro all helped to keep the project moving forward. They removed the old torch down roof with built in gutters (terrible 1960s design for Seattle area) and installed a new asphalt shingle roof with ice and water underlayment and new gutters and downspouts. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"
