We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. I would have been totally okay if they said due to the storm on Friday we can't make it. Instead they left me hanging. I called four times, left two voice mails, and an email all on Saturday. I didn't hear back from anybody until Monday at 9:53 am. The owner offered a discount on another cleaning but frankly this was a professional cleaning that I get once to twice a year prior to hosting a large party. Him coming in for a "discounted rate" at a later time/date does me zero good. I would not hire this company again!"
