He came out for the estimate when he said he would and gave me the estimate before he left my house. He is straight forward and honest. He was responsive to my calls and to my schedule. I had to back the work up a few weeks as the cement contractor doing work in the yard couldn't finish up as soon as I thought he would. Amy was my installer and she was great. She always let me know what was going on, when she would be there, or why she wouldn't. It took a little longer to install than any of us wanted, but we were sabotaged by Mother Nature for most of December! Amy made sure the weather wasn't going to cause problems somewhere down the road, so sometimes we just had to wait it out. I would rather have great quality work than a fence put in under adverse conditions. I have no doubt that if any issues which develop, they will be handled with every bit as much professionalism as the install was. Thanks you guys!"
