They arrived early, went straight to work, cleaned up everything upon completion of the job, and there was a lot to clean up. I want to say the excellent presentation Mr. Paul Lee presented to me was one of the best presentation I ever had from a professional contractor. The site Manager Pablo, was on the job every step of the way explaining what the roofers were doing, answered all of my questions. "Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "I was in the process of obtaining estimates for getting my house power washed and my roof cleaned, when decided to contact American Roof Brite. My roof is over twenty five years old and I was hesitant to have it cleaned for fear that it may do more harm than good to the roof. I also plan to replace the roof within the next five years or so and was debating whether to put the money into cleaning the roof. All of the companies I received estimates from were highly rated on Angie's List and other websites. I received a wide range of opinions regarding cleaning the roof. Every company had a different method of cleaning, so I was left with more questions than I had answers. I had also conducted a fair amount of research on my own regarding roof cleaning. I had seen American Roof Brite featured on NBC 12 and saw where they had been in the business the longest and used a specific system to clean roofs. Robert contacted me and set up a time to provide me with an estimate. He advised that I would not need to worry about taking off from work, as he would contact me when he arrived on site. I appreciated this gesture. <br /> After Robert looked at the roof he advised that they could clean it and make it look significantly better without causing any damage to the roof. I asked him for his honest opinion whether he would spend the money cleaning the roof, or save the money and put it towards a new roof at a later date. He advised that I would be better off saving the money and putting it towards a new roof. I was looking for an honest opinion throughout the entire process and I felt that Robert really cared about me as a person and the home in general. He could have easily made a sale on the cleaning, but I appreciated the fact that he gave me an honest assessment of the roof. Since American Roof Brite only cleans roofs and does not offer a power washing service for the rest of the home, Robert was also able to give me the name of another company to power wash my house. That company did an outstanding job power washing my house. Based on their professionalism, reputation, and ethics I would highly recommend American Roof Brite to anyone who would like to have their roof cleaned. <br /> <br />"

They came, quoted a reasonable price, left to get supplies, returned and fixed the problem plus other little potential problems he saw on the roof. Make them your first call for a really good handyman. Plus they do power washing and home interior cleaning. Very nice people. Will use again."
