"When I emailed Pro Arbor, they contacted me by phone within a few hours and scheduled their arborist, Adam, to come the next business day. Adam arrived a few minutes early, which was wonderful, and looked carefully at each of our three large trees in the front yard. He then explained the issues with each tree and made suggestions for each one for now and for the future. He arranged to do the work two days later. Adam himself showed up with the crew right on time on the service day, and he introduced me to all of the crew members. The guys worked quickly and carefully, and when they were done, they showed me exactly what they'd done to each tree and what we should think about next time they come. When the invoice came, it didn't reflect a discount I'd purchased via Angie's list, but Alice fixed the problem within hours. Their emails, telephone calls, and in-person contacts were among the most professional I've ever encountered with home-services providers. "Ask for Neal!! He's the most polite, honest, full of knowledge about pests I've ever come in contact with. I was having an issue with flies coming in my house. Because there was NO signs of decay in or around my house, Neal suggested some remedies (one worked) & told me that there wasn't much to be done. It was suggested I wait until the cold weather ended then I may be able to discover the cause of those nasty pest! Well, the cold weather finally ended as did the issue with the flies!! I really appreciated their honesty by not coming out and charging me for something they couldn't resolve!!"
