"The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. Our neighbors also had LEAFPROOF installed (also by Lakewoods) about 10 yrs ago and have never had a problem or needed the gutters cleaned out. Roof: $10,000 Leafproof gutter covers: $3400"

"Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. "They were friendly and gave me a very fair price for my roof. They also installed some bath and kitchen vents for me at the same time, one of which probably turned into a little more than they were expecting. They were quick and efficient and did a nice job on the roof. We had talked about doing my gutters also but I never received an estimate for that work after asking a couple times so I was pretty surprised when they demo'd my gutters during the roof work! I am a reasonable guy and wanted the gutters replaced so I did not make a big deal about the estimate issue. They completed the gutters a couple days later. The install was also good but there were a couple minor installation issues. Hilda came out and said they would take care of it no problem. In removing the old gutters there were lots of ugly holes and marks on the fascia wraps (to be expected and not their fault) so I requested they rewrap the fascia when they came back (for additional money of course). I agreed to wait until the end of the season as it wasn't a super high priority project and they were busy. Also during this time I was trying to get my final invoice for the roof to turn into my insurance (long story there but I had received an insurance claim going on my own). I called and emailed probably 10 times and still to this day have not received my invoice. I was able to put together their estimate and cancelled check to at least be able to submit for reimbursement from my insurance. I have called several times to get an update if they are coming back to do the minor fixes and complete the other work I've requested. I can't quite figure out what's going on with this company. They were great to work with but have since fallen off the face of the earth returning calls, but are still updating their facebook?! At this point I've exhausted my options trying to get them to finish the gutters and get paid! Not feeling so great about my 10 year roof warranty either. If they would return my calls and level with me about what's going on I would likely rehire them but I can't currently recommend them unfortunately."

"Roofing was fine, but when I called because of a leak 3 months after the warentee period, I was told the rate per roofer was $185 for the first hour and $98 per hour after that. No flexibility or willingness to work with me at all. The leak was not new just newly discovered. Does not matter. Legally they may be right but this attitude is not what customer service I want to have in my life. They will not get additional work from me."
