"Carlos who come to my home gave me two quotes, one for a quick fix and another one to replace the aluminum part on top of the roof. I decided to replace the aluminum with a new material that uses longer and threaded nails with shingles on top that will be more durable and has warranty. Just caulking the old parts will provide a quick fix but later another nail could get rust or the wind could loose other parts. Great service installation from Carlos who replaced the parts and inspect all my roof. The time from the quote to the installation was the most important because we had rain a few days later and my leak already hit my ceiling drywall. Kudos for the fast answer and promptly quote and installation."
