He went to Home Depot and purchased the new dehumidifier, delivered it, installed it And removed the old unit and packaging from the new unit. All within an hour of speaking to him!! "1. Incident 1-I had a Quietside combo boiler/hot water heater tankless and I knew it was on its last legs. I had RE Coogan come over and work on it last spring. I wasn't at the house at the time so my tenants let them in. They started to do the work without reaching out to me and only talking to my tenants. I recieved a $780 bill for the work that they did on the unit without even knowing what they were going to be doing. This was the first level of unprofessionalism and when I called to complain they argued with me about paying a 3% additional fee for using a credit card. 2. Fast forward 6 months later and the unit that they "fixed" broke again and it was time to replace it. I called up the owner of the company and he drove across the city go give me a quote on replacing the unit. He said nothing about it being a charge to get a quote from him. I didn't end up going with them for the replacement because they were $3,000 higher than the competition. He ended up billing me $225 for the quote. When I called to complain they argued with me for 20 minutes. **This company is deceptive and overpriced. Make sure if they are coming to your house to do any work that you do not make the same mistake I made."
