"My mailbox fell apart and could not be repaired. It needed a new post and everything. This occurred the first week of December and although the ground was not yet frozen, I was concerned that it could soon become frozen.  This is Wisconsin, after all. I called all the highly rated handyman providers, and they all were booked for at least two weeks and some were busy through January or February. I decided to take a chance on Property Image, even though they had only a few reviews. The entire process went really well. They could not set up an available date for three days or so, but they communicated with me so I knew they were coming. I also could not be there during the work, which was not a problem for them. They offered to buy a new mailbox for me, but I wanted to choose one myself. I bought one (they purchased a post), and left it on my front porch in the morning. I came home that evening and it was installed perfectly, just the right distance from the street, level and sturdy in the ground. The landscaping around the post looked like it was barely touched. They billed me about a week later. It all worked out and I love my new mailbox <br />"

"Replacing windows required more work than was anticipated. Provider asked for more money than contracted for to cover his costs. I recognized the problem and agreed to pay an additional amount. <br /> The installation was well done. the finish work ie painting around the trim was terrible..Paint was everywhere. THis problem has yet to be addressed. <br /> <br />"

"Everything went very well.   As luck would have it, the weather did delay the work but the cleanup was performed ASAP when the rain let up.  It was so nice to get home from work and see not only the yard devoid of leaves, but the rock around the house cleaned up also. <br /> There were some areas that I did have to go over with my rake to bring up some leaves that were pretty well packed into place from the heavy snow piles.  And a few areas that needed personal attention for de-thatching.(hence the 'B' for quality) <br /> But overall the company did a great job and I would hire them again. <br />"

"Excellent..! *** ! Beginning with Office contact, Estimate from Project Manager, & installation work from Randy & Mike.. <> Upon arrival for installation, they did a walk around with me to make sure that work--plan was correct, & thoroughly explained all that would be done, plus a good idea for 1 more short--gutter.. &, always great to have workers who take pride in customer satisfaction, & their company..! It's been fun when it rains to watch an excellent performance by the gutters...!"

"Overall, I was very pleased with the work done. I love the new doors (beautifully matched and installed), the living room paint job (neat and fast work), the shed (very sturdy), the storage room shelves (they're huge for suitcases and holiday decorations), and the outside metal door (I appreciate how you reinforced the door frame and made the door much more stable than the old one--nicely done). <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"

FAQs for concrete driveways & floors installation projects in Bloomer, WI

Polished concrete floors offer many benefits with very few drawbacks. While issues like discoloration, stains, or imprints may occur during pouring, these are rare when working with a skilled flooring contractor. Once polished, concrete floors are easy to maintain, long-lasting, and eco-friendly. They also resist mold and moisture, making them ideal for allergy-prone households, and offer versatile design options for both indoor and outdoor use.

Polished concrete flooring is often more affordable than tile. It involves lower material costs and less labor-intensive installation. Tile installations require additional leveling and preparation, which increases labor costs. Opting for concrete flooring helps reduce upfront expenses and provides a durable, stylish finish that saves money over time with minimal maintenance.

While epoxy flooring offers enhanced durability and toughness compared to polished concrete, it comes with higher material and labor costs. If budget is a top priority, polished concrete floors provide a resilient and attractive finish without the premium price tag, making them an ideal choice for value and long-term performance.

Polished concrete floors last 20 years or more when installed by licensed professionals and maintained with proper care. Their enduring finish withstands heavy use and remains visually impressive for decades. Regular deep cleaning and maintenance help safeguard the floor’s integrity, providing homeowners with a long-lasting, cost‐effective solution that endures daily wear without compromising style.

Polished concrete floors increase home value by offering a modern, sleek appearance and exceptional durability. A professionally installed floor not only enhances visual appeal but also minimizes maintenance expenses, making the property more attractive to prospective buyers. This flooring upgrade delivers a refined look while boosting overall market competitiveness and long-term property value.
