Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. "AJ Peri was called because my central air quit on me a repair man came to my home in July on a very hot day, he checked the unit and i was told I needed a total replacement a sales person came a day latter and gave me a estimate of 14,000 dollars and said they could schedule it in a few days I did not sigh and told him I would call. I then called a local HVAC contractor for a second opinion he came checked the system and told me it was just a clogged water line we cleaned it out and the unit is working fine. I called AJ PERI to complain several times each time I was told a manger would get back to me never herd from anyone. do not trust these people for a honest report there just looking to rip you off I am a senior citizen call a local contractor that has a reputation to uphold I hope this review saves some one maybe getting taken for big money"
