When the techs arrived, we were told that our basement POSSIBLY had asbestos tiling, and therefore they were unable to use the power analysis machine, or whatever it's called. They sealed a few windows, but doors still have drafts. The price we paid, in advance, was supposed to include that machine..so we feel a bit cheated since nothing was mentioned about that machine not being used."

In another bathroom, AC replaced a shallow bath tub with a deeper soaking tub. They were able to match the existing ceramic tile and replaced all the plumbing and electrical fixtures.
