"The actual work done by Bergin Property Mgmt was to remove my concrete patio and replace it with a gorgeous paver patio. A 3-foot graden was also installed around the patio to add privacy and beauty. Frank Bergin, the owner, was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to come up with various options, clearly explaining each. His crew was friendly and accommodating. More importantly, they were precise in their work and paid strict attention to detail. They did an spectacular job. Frank was in at the site each day to check on the progress of the work and seemed to have an excellent rapport with his workers. I could not have asked for better customer service. I now have neighbors all around me commenting on the gorgeous patio I have. I am pleased beyond words and would highly recommend Bergin Property Management to anyone."

"Better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did Landscape Impressions install a beautiful walkway they repaired a patio they installed for us 20 years ago! The crew noticed a rotten tree trunk had caused the corner of the patio to sink - so they repaired it without us even asking them to do so. Now that’s SERVICE! Oh yeah, one of the workers was also kind enough to carry a 40 lb bag of dog food up the driveway to the front porch- better service than the delivery guy! "It went well. Price seemed reasonable, and work commenced only a few days after the first payment. The whole job took about a week. The large boulder proved difficult, but the workers managed to clear it with a jackhammer. A reasonable fee was negotiated for this. one week later, we had our new pool patio, wall, and steps. Our front roof downspout was re-routed around the pool and a U-drain was installed to direct runoff from the patio away from the house. Everything was done as agreed and Mr. Sheehan was very responsive."

"Anton and his crew are the greatest! We truly enjoyed working with them, Anton is extremely responsive, extremely dedicated, and most importantly, a true artist/artisan. We asked him to use only reclaimed wood and the most environmentally sustainable materials. He researched the best environmentally sound ways to insulate our house (using stone wool and alternatives to Tyvek, which we did not want to use because it's from DuPont) and he made numerous trips farther upstate from our Mid-Hudson house to locate the perfect reclaimed wood at old barns that were being torn down and resold as reclaimed wood. He gut renovated our really skanky old house into a magnificent jewel of post and beam construction to the point that peoples' jaws drop when they walk in."

Cesar, the owner of Regina evaluated the situation and rather than trying to get me to pay for a new pipe which would have required ripping up a part of the driveway, he solved the problem with ingenuity. In the end, his cost was well below a new pipe which was not needed. I have now had him look at several other projects I have wanted to do over the years. He put thought into those as well and I’m sure he will do a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He also put down mulch in the same visit, also at a very reasonable price. Again, this is company I would highly recommend. This comes from a homeowner of 25 years at the same location who has seen and spoken with dozens of contractors."
