"We wish we could give a higher grade than A. I called Dynamic Cleaning with a last minute emergency cleaning request on Thursday. Mike and Bill were out by Friday afternoon. In less than an hour our carpets looked like new and the house smelled fresh. Mike was informative, thorough and professional. He went above and beyond the initial scope of the job. Our one carpet was 30 years old, severely soiled and in need of replacement. It will never look new but Mike and Bill were able to renew the carpet to give us a bit more time to find the replacement. Faucet installation 2/8/16. Invoice not submitted yet for new toilet installation Have used LDR several times and would not hesitate to use again. Easy email scheduling and communication with Terri in office. They make every attempt to be accommodating - for the 8/13 toilet install, Jeff and his son came in the evening after a full day's work on another job. I had a family party scheduled for the following day and would have had to tell an elderly relative that the only bathroom available was on the 2nd floor - she would be unable to manage the stairs and would not have come. "So far so good, but no work has been done yet.  In reality they are like many other vendors.  You give them your budget and your wish list; they come back with a couple of proposals the first of which is way out of your price range but you don't know that until you get all excited about what you are going to get.  That is irritating because that is a waste of my time but once we reiterated our budget we got back down to reality.  I'll come back and write another review once the work is completed. <br />"
