"I just bought a house in Savannah and out of all of the workers I have hired to do work, Alex and Brothers was by far the most professional and did the best job! My home had rotten and moldy wood. They replaced the bad wood and did a great job cleaning and prepping before they painted. The workers were respectful and cleaned up after work every day. Alex is always available by phone for any questions. They were very patient when I changed my mind on some of the paint colors and were very attentive to ensuring that I was happy with the final job. I will hire them again when I paint the interior. My house looks so nice, half of my neighborhood wants to hire them to paint their house."

"The manager of the business came to our home to view places where we wanted corrections to be made. He surveyed the areas to be painted', took a small sample of the painted areas to do a color match and then gave us a quote for the total job. A date was agreed upon to perform the work. He returned on the arranged date on time with the necessary materials and performed the job to our satisfaction. We will use this company again for any future painting jobs we have to be done."

"Southern Grace Exteriors was VERY responsive!  Within literally 30 seconds of requesting an appointment for an estimate on Angie's List, I was contacted by Christian Adams to discuss what I wanted done.  He was extremely personable and very knowledgeable.  He was careful to call to confirm an appointment 15 minutes or so before arriving and was always prompt.  He kept very good communication and was accessible when I needed him.  He worked tirelessly to complete the job on time and we are extremely satisfied with not only the work that was done, but the quality of the product as well.  I would highly recommend Christian Adams and Southern Grace Exteriors for any home repair projects and will contract with him again for future needs.

Coreys drywall work is exceptional; he was trained by a craftsman and his work requires no sanding, something I have never seen before. My experience with this company showed: 1) They show up! 2) They never complain about having to move something or to help you (the homeowner) prepare for their work. 3) They keep their promises. 4) They show up! 5) They do excellent work, both their drywall work and their painting are excellent. 6) They are unobtrusive, yet friendly and generally nice to have around. 7) They clean up after themselves every day. 8) Did I mention that they show up? 9) To repeat, some of the best, no corner cutting work I have ever seen. Never before had I done this, but I paid them a fairly large bonus when they were done, simply because my wife and I were so happy about the job they did and the time within which they did it. "When I reached out to Teddy Graham Interior Painters for a quote, I had already worked with the owner, James, under different circumstances several years earlier. I asked for several quotes, but the most important was for painting an interior room and removing the textured ceiling. I was mid-renovation when I called – we had opened several walls to create an open concept living/kitchen/dining room and there was no plan to finish the ceiling. It was my first renovation, and I was unaware of just how much of the ceiling would be opened. Since it’s an older home, the entire house has a textured ceiling. This seemed like the perfect opportunity to get rid of the texture and create a modern space. From the beginning, James’ crew was punctual, respectful, responsive, and professional. They took care to cover all the new cabinets and used every tool possible to limit the amount of dust from the sanding to remove the texture. I thought that removing the texture would be the difficult part, but I was wrong. Once that was done, they began the process of smoothing the ceiling. They ran into several issues due to the tape and mud job that was done by the contractor’s crew but were able to smooth things out and start painting. Unfortunately, they kept seeing different spots of the ceiling crack, right along the lines of the new drywall. No matter what they tried, new cracks appeared and cracks they fixed reformed. Unable to find a reason for the cracking or a solution, they decided it was time to take a look at what was going on in the attic. It is thanks to their diligence that I learned that the contractor had “forgotten” to reattach the joists that support the roof after they installed a new LVL beam. If you just had a W** moment, I assure you I was right there with you. Unfortunately, this has spiraled into larger issues with the contractor, but if not for James’ team, specifically Brandon, taking the time to find a reason for the ongoing cracking I would never have known the joists weren’t attached. Since there was very little work left for the contractor to do, it’s possible that the issue would never have been addressed. I can’t praise their work ethic enough, nor their compassion as I began to panic about their discovery. At some point in the future, I will be asking them to return to finish the ceiling. The room, which was painted, looks beautiful. I’m incredibly happy with their work and look forward to working with them again."
