"I was told it would be a three day job so I took vacation from work to be home while the work was going on. On day one no one showed up so I waited two hours and called. I was told there was a scheduling mix up and they would try to come in the afternoon so I waited for a few more hours. When I called back I was told that they would just come the next day and they would now be able to get it all done in two days. Great, but I had already wasted a day waiting. <br /> Six months after the work was done, part of the irrigation system broke. I sent an email to JD (owner) and was told that they were busy but to shut off the system and they would contact me in a few days to schedule a time to fix it. I emailed three times after that and JD never bothered to respond. <br />"
