"After using Angi to research for two projects this year, both jobs had excellent results. Most recent job was roof replacement by Exterior Pros. AJ my salesman was very detailed on the process, answering any question I had. It was pleasure to work with AJ and kept me informed on the status of my job. The company and its employees performed an excellent job from beginning to end and with follow up question how I liked the roof. The professionalism, high quality of craftmanship work is an example of nothing but the best for the customer. I highly recommend using this company for your roof needs because they arrived on time as promised and work completed quickly with all documentation of the project. "These guys were on time and on point. Very professional and friendly and at a very fair price. I would hire these guys again for any exterior house repair. I can't say enough good things about this company."

"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"I contacted Affordable Roofing because rain water was leaking into my house through my dryer vent. I also needed someone to replace a set of second floor window shutters. The roofer was knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. He identified the issue and explained the procedures for resolving it. The job was completed in a timely manner and the price quoted prior to performing the task was the price I paid. I will recommend Affordable Roofing and Angie’s list to my family and friends. M. "We called Southern Grace Exteriors to inspect the roof of a rental property we own in Hilton Head, SC. Our management company said we needed a new roof .... and that they could do it quickly for a HUGE price. We decided to get a second opinion and called Southern Grace. They showed up on time, climbed up on the roof with me and told us that our roof was just fine - probably had 10 more years left. They also said that whoever told us we needed a new roof didn't know what they were talking about. Honest and straight forward - a refreshing change to the norm for many contractors.
