"Dave and APR were very responsive to an emergency we had with our flat roof leaking in our addition to the house because of excessive snow and ice. Dave was able to adjust some scheduling to get his guys out to our house immediately where most companies we called didn't even get back to us until the next day (even though we stated it was an emergency). Dave's crew went above-and-beyond by not only removing probably 3 feet of snow and ice, but they repaired the roof in numerous spots including the flashing where the roof met the chimney and brick part of the house as well as completely refinishing the vent stack at no extra charge. "Everything went very well. Heidi was incredibly responsive from the first call and throughout the process. Everyone, from the owner to every workman, was courteous and very professional. We did have weather issues (heat and storms) that understandably delayed the initial start date. When the new start date conflicted with our vacation, there was no hassle about our postponing the start date until we returned. This was a fairly big job and took the crew about a week to complete. Each day they started exactly when they told me they would be there and each evening, they made sure that everything was picked up and stowed neatly. When the job was done, the cleanup was thorough. I have yet to find a nail or other debris anywhere! The roof, soffit repairs, and new gutters look great. I highly recommend A&D and would definitely use them again without hesitation."

"I had called Tom's Construction along with two other contractors to do work at my house. Tom was the only on to respond. I remember calling him and getting his voice mail. I left a message to call me back and in about 10 min. he did. We met that afternoon. <br /> He was at my house on time as promised, reviewed the project with me and gave me a quote. He must have spent about an hour with me, no rush. I signed a contract that day. I knew I was on to something good. <br /> Demolition began on Monday March 16 th. on Sunday Tom called me to say that he would be there the next day. Monday morning Tom called and said they would arrive around 9:00, they pulled up at 9:00, One thing about Tom is that he is a a great communicator and always on time. All concrete removal went fine, with complete clean up each day before the crew left. All the concrete pours went like clock work and workmanship was outstanding. Tom always checked with me when he thought something should be altered. <br /> When the work was complete Tom put an acrylic sealer on all the new concrete. He even power washed a small old section at the end of the drive and sealed that too. Towards the end of the project people that were walking by my house would stop and compliment on how great everything looked and wanted to know who did the work. My neighbor wanted Tom to come down and look at her driveway. Even the UPS man stopped to get Tom's business card. What does that tell you? His work sells its self!
