He described what his service would do, showed up absolutely on time on the day of our "Blizzard" with his employee, and did a walk through. Elliot's employee just did a fantastic job. "The interview with Peter the day before the girls arrived was very thorough and honest. TE-SA Housekeeping offers a variety of different services and the perks he offers as far as his referral program, 2 free cleanings with each referral (this never happens) no price increase for a minimum of one year, 50% off on your 7th cleaning, 7 days /wk service etc... Peter was very accommodating when I needed next day service, last min. I couldn t be happier with the quality of work the girls did. I ve tried many services in the past year and TE-SA is hands down, the best I have come across. I will definitely use them again!"

"First the maid was a hour late and never called. Then she came and told me she had to leave by 2 pm. So she cleaned 1 and a half baths, kitchen and vacuumed. No dusting or straightening up. She threw put the contents of a basket in the bath. I told her it was not a garbage can; so she fished out the contents. I have since thrown out the contents. She also complained about how messy the house was; so I told her that is why I hired her. She did a good job on what she cleaned but now I have to hire another maid service to clean the rest of the house."
