"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"in 2010 I had windows installed along with a front entrance door with a sidebar. Withgin 2 years the paint chipped on the outside and they had to replace the whole thing. Now, just 4 years later, the paint is chipping again, and in addition to that, the window above the front entrance door is now fading due to broken seal.Not what I expected ....."

His estimate beat all others, was accepted and installation scheduled within a few weeks. On installation, day, the crew of 2 arrived promptly on time completing the removal of the old door and install of the new one as quietly as possible and much quicker than we had imagined without leaving a trace of their work. A job extremely well done. Will work with this company again as the need arises."

Additionally had some vent covers that wouldn’t screw in left from the previous homeowner. Garcia’s repairs got it all done for me like never even happened. Got the paint matched at Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in Oak Forest. Can’t tell the difference whatsoever of this wall and surrounding walls, looks identical. Highly recommend Sherwin-Williams emerald paint. There was no smell whatsoever from it and the quality is fabulous. So pleased with all the work they did today and I definitely will be hiring them again for future projects. They cleaned up very well before leaving as well. Thank you guys so much for everything."
