"J&P was great to work with. Juan was very responsive to my emails and all my questions. He made good recommendations to improve our landscaping but wasn’t pushy. He got us on the schedule quickly, and the work was done promptly. In three days they had installed a new brick paver wall, completely reset and properly leveled our paver patio, trimmed/cleaned up all planting beds and put down new mulch. They even built a small pathway in our garden with our leftover brick. His team was professional and quick! Pricing was competitive. "Overall our yard looks beautiful and the job was finished on time for a large event we were hosting. Our sod was installed in early May and it is now the end of July and 99% of the yard still looks amazing. We have kept up with watering and the rain this summer has certainly helped. Selvin was responsive to my inquiries, I think in this type of business that doesn't always happen and I appreciated the return text or email's. The only complaint we have is that is some spots there were rocks left in the soil which you don't notice until it is time to cut the grass and you are walking on the entire lawn."

"We have hired Aerate 1 several times and have always been thrilled with their work. They planted a tree and provided pruning after the tree matured. They surrounded our above ground pool with drainage covered by pea gravel inside brick, and installed a paver walkway to the pool's heater. They landscaped the front and side with mulch inside brick. Every time they do work they make the site look better than when they arrived, even in areas only slightly impacted by their work. I highly recommend their company due to their excellent work and commitment to keeping their promises about when and what will be done!"
