"Extremely well. Greg is very honest and experienced at this type of work. I gave a 5 on pricing because Greg took extra steps to save costs where ever he could. Due to Covid, as you may imagine, material costs have increased dramatically. Greg used his contacts and his own supplies to save whenever he could. As an example the galvanized steel sheets used to support the concrete increase cost from approximately $3500 to over $9000. Greg would not even suggest paying this much. It took Greg over a week of calling and found material at one supplier for just over $4000. Now that’s good savings and good customer support ! His crew was on time each day and work well together. This was a big job. I have a shop under my garage floor. The concrete was caving in while the upper garage floor had rebar exposed. 22x24 garage floor. They demo’d the floor in 1 day. Used large foam to protect the lower floor . The crew obviously had experience and industrial equipment to get the job done efficiently. They cleanup each day before leaving . This job required an engineering drawing and permit. Greg secured the permit and provided an engineering company for me to work with. Greg came to my house for both visits providing me help and advice. The final product looks great and will last a life time. I am very happy with Greg , his company Crosstown Concrete and his crew. I would hire them again for any concrete work or landscaping -as landscaping and retaining walls is also work that they do."

Since they kept to the estimate, showed up when they said they would - (had to reschedule 1 time due to a soaking rains on the first day setup), and cleaned up after themselves. "I had a sidewalk and partial driveway installation done. The job estimator John Monaghan was excellent and explained all work that would be done. The concrete work was very nice and done on time, time will tell if the quality lasts.. The driveway portion abutted some existing concrete pavers that need to be removed for the concrete pour and then replaced. The work done on this portion was poor, some pavers needed to be cut and were not cut straight with large uneven gaps. I am not a professional but I will do a much better job replacing them. Also the crew did not bring any base material for this portion and I provided them with leveling sand I had. Details matter."
