We just moved in and the lawn hadn't been mowed for  while.  I contacted several companies; one never responded, one said they didn't mow lawns, several didn't come to our area and Richard of Field of Green responded immediately.  He sent me a quote via email and was hired to mow the lawn weekly.  The only misunderstanding was regarding where to send the payment; his email with invoice didn't include an address, so I asked via email where to send a check.  A few weeks later, I received an angry email asking for payment.  I sent the check.  He had continued to mow, so there was no interruption of services.  

My wife met Richard on his last visit to mow our lawn.  The movers were unloading the semi and he came to the door to introduce himself.  He said he would come back later so as to not interfere with the men hauling furniture and boxes.  He came back that same day and when finished, my wife asked him if he needed payment.  He assured her that he had been paid in full.  He even went so far as to put down some grass seed where his tires had torn up the lawn a little as he turned his mower around (our grass was extremely dry from lack of watering since the previous owners had moved out a month before we moved in.)"
