The crew was kind, respectful, and professional. I felt like they treated my home like they would treat their own (if not better). They even offered to do some "hard-to-reach cleaning" for me while they had their ladders and scaffolding up. Before leaving, everyone made sure what they did met our expectations (which it did). The only reason I gave them a B for punctuality is because the job took longer than originally estimated. Although, they admitted there was a lot more work (fixing drywall) than they originally thought. However, they stuck to their original price and did a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back in my home to do additional work."

"I would rate Johns Small Jobs more than five stars if I could. Previously being a manager for a large corporation I look for certain things before hiring a person for a job. Professionalism is the very first thing and John and his team were just that. Communication was great as well as all the work that was done. We needed a sink to be put in we were given an estimation for that. Upon installing the sink there were some pipes that needed to be repaired. The project cost a little more than we were expecting because of the pipework but John was absolutely wonderful for working with us the way he did when it came time to pay. I want to thank John and his team I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a job done. The sink project is done, on to the next, I will be seeing you guys soon."

The provider was willing to negotiate and we were able to strike a deal to complete the areas we needed(though some will take place at a later date) Overall very satisfied with quality of the work done so far and look forward to completing the small areas still left."
