Jason Cloninger, President of Dixon Construction and Realty, is a graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Technology with a concentration in Construction and a minor in Business. In 2018 he was appointed to the Catawba Valley Home Builders Association Board of Directors. In 2012 he was awarded an Excellence in Remodeling Award by Catawba County Remodeling Association.
