They did a really good job of cleaning lawn, walk, driveway, and roof after they were done trimming. They even cut a few limbs my wife wanted down, that were not mentioned on the original estimate. But the job was delayed two weeks beyond originally scheduled date, at least once because cleaning up storm damage elsewhere took priority over scheduled non-emergency work, and once because of equipment breakdown. Every delay seemed justified. But I wish they had been a little more pro-active in letting me know about delays. They should have called me sooner when they realized they could not get to me when promised."
