"This is the first time we have used Bright Services. They did an excellent job, and we will continue to use them. We have a 30 year old pressure treated wood deck, in basically good shape. We were thinking of having it replaced, and decided to have Bright Services look at it before we committed to a new deck/construction. So glad we did. The deck looks excellent! Their customer service is first class and the employees who worked on the deck were very professional. They arrived on the days scheduled and were on time. The deck was power washed, repaired (railing top handle replaced and tightened, a few nails added to deck flooring, and new post caps added), and the entire deck/rails/base painted. Family members thought we had replaced the old deck with new composite decking. The price was very competitive, quality products, and we received a finished product that was of high standards and quality. We dealt with Deven Robillard. Extremely satisified customer. We highly recommend this company!"

"We have a 3 storey house and the team at Brite Idea came out and put up the lights on the house. They had to come out a second day with a longer ladder to finish up but the end job was worth the wait. We did the lights around the bushes which balanced the others beautifully. We agreed to a 3 year contract which suits us since we love having the house lit up for the holidays. I'm sure we'll continue as long as we live here."

"They were good. They were in. They were out. There were like three of them, I think. No messes or nothing interior that I had to clean up. I would hire them again. I did pay a few extra but that was discussed. I had more windows than the deal was offered for. So I asked him how much it was per window and he explained it. We calculated it. Not the sharpest crayon in the box. I actually had to show him how my calculation was correct. I don't think he was trying to trick me. I just don't think he could add well, at all. It was really kind of scary. They were really nice, though. They were very respectful. I think it was like $9 per window and I have 8 windows. It was supposed to be $9 for both sides, I think. So that comes to $72 and it was coming to much more to him. I was like, "No, no, no, look, look, look." They did a very nice job. I wasn't upset with the guy that he couldn't do math well. They did very good work. They work kind. They were respectful. I didn't feel uncomfortable. They were clean. I've had other people come in and clean windows and they've left dirt on my carpet or they didn't clean the windows as well. These guys did everything I was hoping for. I thought the price was reasonable because I wasn't going to actually have those extra windows done. Because I felt the price was reasonable and fair, I went ahead. They were on time and didn't take a long, long time."

"Trevor came out to our house based on our neighbor's recommendation and gave us an estimate for a total redesign our our landscaping. This included excavating, removing an old cement walkway, all new plants and a paver walkway. We split the yard in two parts and he just finished part 1 (the back yard), which was top dressing & leveling, ripping out the old plants and redesigning the beds. I think they did a great job, were flexible when working around my other contractors, and fair priced. After our job was complete, Trevor came out to pick up his check and look at the work; some of the soil had settled due to a hard rain, so he had the guys come out two days later to re-soil and seed. We still have the big half of the job to do but we're pretty confident based on what we have seen so far."
