"The owner of Ariat Roofing and his son came out a couple days after we called and provided us a detailed estimate for either a repair of the leaking area of our roof or a complete replacement of the felt and broken tiles. The repair estimate came with a 2 year guarantee and the replacement with a 10 year guarantee. They also said they would come out and remove tiles as needed when the house needed exterior painting. We went with the complete replacement since our roof was almost 30 years old and the old felt was brittle and we were having leaks. The estimate was for a 3 to 3.5 day job. The crew showed up when scheduled and worked through the day. They cleaned up the area each day and even looked for any nails that fell off the roof as they removed the tiles. They finished in about 3.5 days. All the metal flashings and edging on the roof was replaced. The felt is double thick and it is overlapping. The replacement flashing, edging, and the felt were all heavier duty or quality than the original. Overall, I was very pleased with the workmanship and in fact the roof looks much better than the original. Also, the tiles are much better secured to the roof than before this work was done."

This the third home SUNGUARD has painted for me. To start with they were very helpful working through the HOA requirements.

They were very timely and worked with my tenant to do the work at a convenient time. The painting process was very professional and they do the little extras that make the job one of the best values for the money in my opinion.

They power washed the house. sealed the cracks (you cannot tell where they were), Plus the painted under the patio roof and pointed  out that the patio roof needed sealing.  The lines where they changed colors are unbelievable straight .

"I would have to say that DaBella Exteriors could use a little more emphasis on the customer service side. The salesman, Adam lifter was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about a roof replacement. He helped us pick the perfect color for our roof. He also explained the whole DaBella roofing process. He was so easy to deal with that I really wanted DaBella to do our roof. Unfortunately, we had a few bumps along the way when dealing with the office staff. They were unorganized and treated us poorly. However, in the end, DaBella came through and we ended up with a beautiful roof. I could not be happier. Grummett Construction was the company that eventually did our roof. They were excellent. "Javier called ahead of time to confirm that he was on his way, and when he arrived, he introduced himself and described what he would do. Then, he pulled out his ladder and climbed onto the roof. He came down to retrieve supplies he needed to apply some fresh tar and mastic where needed. He noticed that a piece of plastic molding was missing over the porch (against the house behind the tile shingles). He did not have one on his truck, so he explained that he had one at his shop and would be back momentarily. He returned within 15 minutes with the molding, installed it, and then reviewed the work he did. He showed before-and-after photos from our roof of the places where he replenished the tar and mastic. The before-photos were very similar to the ones taken a month or so earlier by the home inspector when we were in the process of purchasing the house, so even though I was not on the roof to see what he saw, I feel confident that he found and addressed the needed preventive maintenance. The home inspector had not noticed the missing molding, but Javier did--and he replaced it. We are new to tile roofs, so I appreciate the time and attention that Javier took to make sure that this one is in good shape.

"I purchased the service special. He missed the day we had scheduled because he forgot to put it in his book. He came out the next day and he was delayed, though he informed me that he would be late because he had back pain and went to the doctor. I was surprised that he left without telling me he was done.
It's hard to rate the quality of the work he did, but I felt I paid $75 for nothing. 
I understand he was having back pain and having issues, but it was an overall odd experience. He missed an appointment, was late for the next one and then left without going over what he did to me. When I contacted him later, he told me he was kind of embarrassed and said he'd give me a free service when I'm next due, in 2-3 years.
I'll pass on using this business again. I did get the sense he is honest but i ultimately don't think I got any value for my money and it was laughable that he said he'd give me a free service in 2-3 years. I can't wait to call and ask for that. I got no receipt or anything.

"Rudy has been our go-to handyman for about 2 years now, since we found him on Angie's List.  He gives you a fair price, he's honest, always does a great job, and he doesn't dilly-dally or waste any time. I like that attitude that he's like me, efficient and very professional, although it does seem that he's always in a rush and can sound like he's curt sometimes.  But we don't stress about it because we know that it's just his accent and the way he speaks, and he is actually nice and funny.
On this job, he came over as we explained to him what we wanted to be done, and so that he can also give his estimate and explanation on how the job will be done.  We still consulted with other providers just to make sure that we are still getting a good price, and were happy to find out that although he wasn't the lowest bid, it was still a fair price, and with Rudy we can make sure that the job is done right the first time.  We've dealt with bad service providers before, and we don't want to deal with those nightmares anymore.
We were able to schedule the job within a week after the estimate, and he was there on time with his partner.  They used electric sanders, ladders, and plastic to protect other parts of the house including the ground from the dust and paint.  They also used top-quality paint from Frazee.  They even repaired some of my fascia that already had cracks on them, and I thought that I had to totally replace them.
Rudy did a lot of the job himself, while closely supervising and inspecting the work of his partner.  He cares about the quality of their work so he makes sure that it's done right. They also cleaned up after themselves as usual.
He also gave us advice on how to maintain or repair some more things in the house, and advice on which ones are worth repairing or if we are better off replacing them altogether.  Rudy is a top-notch handyman, and we will keep relying on him for multiple things that need repairing or customizing.  We highly recommend him for quality, price, professionalism and reliability!
