They came out and did what they said they were going to. They seem to be alright, but they got rid of all the old people that used to work for them. I think they should do what they should do. I changed my contract a little bit, but I could not get it typed out in a letter. I called and asked for that, but couldn't get it. I told them that I would like to have it written out, typed out, that I have so many more cleanings of the furnace and so many more cleaning of the air conditioning, and I had something added on the furnace and it changed the contract. I wanted to know exactly what I can pick up and read and she just wrote it out on one of their billings. I couldn't read it, I couldn't understand it. We went over it and now that I go back over it, I don't understand it. So, I don't really know what's going on. I didn't pursue it because if I asked where my letter was, she would just say that it was on the bill. I didn't follow up and I don't know exactly what message was relayed to her. If they're going to be a little early they'll call you. If they're going to be a little bit late, they'll call you. I just want to know where I stand with them and have it clarified."

"We received a call from the Lab stating they would be mailing the kit.  They promptly sent us a kit to collect the water then we mailed it back.  The instructions were good and the process went smoothly.  Within a few days we received the analysis report.  The report presents very many items on the content of our water in the categories of  Bacteria, General Chemistry, Radiochemistry, and Organic Analysis.  The report presents the amount of each item, a few words about each item, and the EPA Limits for each of the items.  The report is complete, though I would have liked a summary overview of the results from an expert at the lab. <br /> <br />"
