They brought all of the right staff to evaluate the job and communicate the challenges; they gave us a very fair quote; they did the work when and in the amount of time they said they would, sourcing the exact matching color/size brick material to replace 13 year-old bricks (we had been told by other contractors that this could not be done); they did a great job of removing & replacing broken/cracked bricks and re-setting railings in supporting concrete, cleaned up the old brick where it had leached white, and it all looks like new.
