"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. This is why I will be working with them again in the future! Do not hesitate to give them a call!"

"Neal Burgess came over and planted 3 redwood trees for me on a Saturday.  One of his workmen planted two pepper trees on our hillside. The retaining wall went well.  I was disappointed they would not prune an oak tree but I was told they are not removing trees any longer."

"Vacation Pools did an excellent job remodeling our pool and installing patio pavers a few years ago. We decided we wanted to extend the patio pavers further out into the grass where it didn't grow and had become muddy. David, our prior salesman, came to our house, listened to our ideas and took measurements. We also needed the pool water drained and some minor resealing done under the coping . A few days later, David sent us the estimate which we felt was reasonable. We accepted and a start date for the following week was set. <br /> The work took approximately 5 days. The workers came and went daily and hours of arrival and departure varied depending on the stage of the job. The workers did an excellent job overall and were all very friendly and polite. It was a bit of a mess in the yard when they quit for the night and made it hard for us to navigate the dogs outside to the grass in the dark through the sand and pieces of rocks and pavers strewn over the area. This is my only reason for giving them a and quot;Band quot; instead of and quot;Aand quot; for professionalism. If we didn't have animals, it would not have been a problem. <br /> As with most jobs, there are always a few things needing final adjustment at the end of the work. The landscaper came back and adjusted sprinklers plus added an extra head for coverage. The pool filler float required readjustment and the pool man came and took care of it. <br /> We would not hesitate to use Vacation Pools again in the future. <br />"

"They did and excellent job on outdoor living space. They installed a aluminum patio cover, pool remodel, outdoor kitchen, pavers and hardscapes. They also painted our back area of the house! Adrian and his team designed our dream backyard. I was a little stressed but the final outcome was exactly what we expected. "Over all very well.  I originally wanted my kitchen gutted, but was advised if i wasn't going to re-configure the lay out, it wouldn't be worth the extra money, so we went with stripping. I was very nervous about the mess and how it would turn out. It was messy but Blake took extra care by hanging plastic from ceiling to floor around my kitchen and stripes of what I call butcher paper on the floor. I wanted more storage in my kitchen, and asked if he could build me a permanent free standing island with storage in my nook in place of my kitchen table. He hit the nail on the head, he added matching granite. Now I have extra storage and seating for four Blake also extended the granite on one end of my counter allowing for two barstools in slide under, making for more sitting. My Grand kids love it because the can watch TV from there. <br /> He took out the old florescent lighting. Drywalled the opening and hung 6 hanging lights. Do to the tedious job of stripping, it took a little longer than expected, but we totally understood and my cabinets came out beautiful. Love my new kitchen.   <br /> Blake also put in our wood floors after a water leak. Happy with that job as well. <br /> <br />"
