He even made sure he was here when the insurance adjuster came. He went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He made what could've been a stressful process stress free. He was available at anytime with any questions we had. When they worked on our roof, they were very efficient and careful not to damage any of our yard and very diligent when it came to clean up. By the end of the day, we had an amazing new roof! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone!"

"The process was very Professional. Greg came out and evaluated my old shingles roof and gave me a price to install a new metal roof. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "After meeting with several roofing companies in the area and two outside of the area, not one of them lived up to the repartition that was give. They all gave good information but not one when the total distance to get the job done. It only appeared that they were in it for themselves. I even had one company stating that they would not warranty the roof unless the entire roof was completed. Then I spoke with INSPECTOR ROOFING, set-up an appointment for an estimate on the back portion of the roof. Not only did they tell me that the roof being replaced would be warranted, but they think that they could get the entire roof replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. INSPECTOR ROOFING submitted documentation for the approval to the insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Sent a special team all the way from Atlanta and completed the job in one day. They started about 06:00 a.m. and to my surprise was done by 04:30 p.m. that evening. Upon completion they did a thorough job of cleaning up. Overall I would rate INSPECTOR ROOFING excellent in all categories: Price, Customer Service, warranty, integrity, and professionalism. They even came back within a week to address any smaller concerns, like tightening up gutters (Subcontractors), fixing screens, and double cleaning around pool area/yard in general. I’ve had an absolutely amazing experience with INSPECTOR ROOFING. They have amazing workers and absolutely fantastic professionalism from their entire team. Kudos to the entire crew, Mr. Gabriel Moorhead, Miss Lindsey Nasser, Mr. Kevin Riley, and Mr. Chris Nasser in finance. They were so good that three of my neighbors immediately sought after them to address their roofing concerns."

"<p>It took almost a month and a half after the original agreement for the roofing to start.  They were very busy because of the winter storm.  Once scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the job in a day and a half.  The cleanup was adequate but I did find quite a few roofing nails in yard over the next few weeks.  There was a problem on the first hard rain where my sunroom meets the rest of the house.  I had a leak which ran down an inside brick wall.  Called them and they came and fixed the problem within a few days before the next rain.  Have had no problems since.  Overall, I was very happy with my experience with their workers and sales team.  They gave the best quote and did what the agreement stated.</p> <br />"

"It was a very good experience. I emailed Mr. Hayes and he responded the very same day. He scheduled a free estimate and arrived at my home within two days of our first contact. He quickly identified the issue with my roof (there were leaks in two places) and we set up a day and time for him to do the work. He told me the estimate and later that day, he emailed me the estimate in an invoice. He fixed my roof exactly when he said he would and did an amazing job! "We had loose shingles on our roof after a storm in April. I went to Angie's List to find roofing contractors to replace our roof. <br /> I called Horizon Roofing and 3 other contractors based on the reviews that I read on Angie's List. Jason came right out and looked at my roof. He suggested that we contact our insurance agent to get an appraisal on the damage to see if our insurance would cover the cost of the roof. Jason very graciously came and covered the spot where our loose shingles were without charge. He also offered to come to my house when the adjuster came to look at the roof. Jason went up on the roof with the adjuster( during some of the hottest days we have had this summer) and went through all of his concerns on our behalf. In end our roof was covered, the crew came out, and we now have a BEAUTIFUL new roof! I am extremely pleased with everything they did. Even if we had not had insurance coverage, I would have been very pleased with the service and attention that we received."
