"It went very well.  The guys were very professional and careful with our walls in main area of house when bringing jack hammered material out of basement.  There is a lot of residual dust in basement which need to get cleaned.  The only complaint I have is that the furnace was not wrapped during the drilling and the junk that had been air made it into our furnance electrostatic filters. <br /> I would encourage folks to use them, but to put plastic up around main house doorways so the dust is minimal in rest of house. Also anything left in basement REALLY needs to be taped up well.  Lots of fine particle dust. <br />"

"This company is a go to company. I had some large cracks in my foundation due to some prior water damage. I had another company come in for an estimate and they wanted 3 times more money and much more invasive plan. The Basement Guys told me that it was not necessary to do all that and also provides a lifetime warranty. They were very efficient, thorough and very professional. They also cleaned up and were great to work with. They work for the company and do not subcontract. A+ company!"

"The house and steps were very dirty and they look very clean now. The outside gutter scrub improved their appearance. The technician did not clean the gutters because he said he was not allowed to get on the roof. There were several areas where we have bushes next to the house that he was not comfortable doing on a ladder. When scheduling they required a credit card. They called me about my satisfaction with job before they charged credit card."
