Day of install comes and they have brought 1099, unskilled labor, that usually completes Commercial projects. All was well, until I left my home. "I had Home Solutions Handyman replace a wooden door between my garage and home. The original door never really closed that well, strong windstorms would often blow it open despite being locked, and had about a one inch gap between the bottom of the door and interior flooring that we had to use a draft snake to keep the heat/air from going out into the garage (and bugs from just walking in). After being annoyed with this door since I purchased my home twelve years ago, I finally decided to do something about it. The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was prompt and listened to my thoughts and what I wanted from the replacement. I received a detailed and accurate quote via email a day or two later. The quote was only for labor and stated that I would supply the replacement door and lock set. I didn't have an issue with that since it allow me to pick out a door from a local big box store with a minimum of dents or other damage and get a lockset that matched the others in my home. The technician, named Steve I believe, was on-time and seemed very detailed with his work ensuring the door was properly installed. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. After a couple of weeks, the door works perfectly fine and we are very happy with the quality of his workmanship.
