"I asked for a cleaning of my downstairs. Dusting, floors, kitchen and a 1/2 bath. They did not dust, the mat in kitchen was not moved to clean underneath, the mop used was filthy and left strings everywhere. The floors are still dirty. They did not vacuum the rug near the front door. The bathroom counter was still dusty and the toilet was still dirty. They did not move things to wipe the kitchen counters. The kitchen sink was left dirty with a dirty rag in it. They left their trash bag on top our recycling in the garage. Not happy. I have to clean everything again after paying $200. "
