"We’d hired a contractor to install 1200 sq. ft. of flooring in November. We needed the work to be completed by December 3rd. Our contractor wasn’t able to start our project until the Monday of Thanksgiving week, so I flew to Sarasota a week earlier and tore out the existing flooring to expedite the work in our condo. My wife and I came to Florida on December 3rd and found that the work was finished and our condo was clean"

He’s on time, neat, precise with his measurements, and very thoughtful, he cleaned up after each task.
