Also, any time I called Raphael or Daniel they were totally accessible. I had shopped at Dolphin and Floor and Decor, but I would highly recommend Face of Wood over them or any huge chain."

"The floor installation was a bit complicated by the fact I had a tenantâ s occupied condo. Nevertheless, the contractor was able to make an appointment the same day I called them and started the job next day. In two days everything was done. And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. "Our floors look incredible. We're very happy with how quickly the demo for the existing tile and installation of new tile went. There were a few bumps in the process but Dimas was very responsive in helping resolve any issues. The contractors left our house pretty messy (with dust, nails, trash) and we had to ask them to come back out a few times to clean up. Dimas ended up sending out a separate cleaning company to clean up which we were very happy with. Our biggest issue was the state they left our newly painted walls in. We had just painted our entire house before having our floors installed (in hindsight I definitely don't recommend doing things in this order) and they left them with several scrapes and dings in each room. We now have to have our entire house repainted. They didn't really take responsibility for the condition of the walls and even said it wasn't their fault. For those of you who have just painted or don't plan on repainting after flooring installation, I'd caution you with using this company. Otherwise, they did a great job with our floors."

I had to go out and purchase a light fixture as that wasn't included, the walls are undone, for $25,000 I expected my bathroom to be remodeled o Not just an install, I feel like I've been robbed, in addition to that I see the company has 50% off installation."
