"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Oct 17th Engineering & Zoning reject, missing Impervious Drainage Calculations, ROW Permit & max. width driveway can't exceed 30% of lot & confirm double driveway will not exceed 18ft. Oct 24th by email George is notified of rejection, needs corrections. Nov 12th, George submits corrections to Manny, reviewer. (WAITS till Dec 10th for Zoning corrections to Andrea.) WHY HE WAIT A MONTH? WHY WAS I NOT UPDATED? WHY WAS I NOT TOLD it's $1k more to hire ENGINEER from beginning. HE'S GOT 25 YRS EXPERIENCE, kept telling me. We have done a job in 2016 for him and after long time trying to get paid he got a court decision, of which he still not following. when we were working he metioned that we had to complete the job on his timeframe as we were working for him and not for the homeowner but when the time to get paid came, he said that he did not received from the homeowner so he would not pay. We are in 2022 and he still owns me from that job, he is changing his business name from time to time and still doing that with the subcontracted team that he hires! So many good people to deal with, so don`t do like me, find a nice company to work with. I can asure that the probability to have probems with him is high!! Any company that does not have Stuart as a partner is already a better begining!!"
