I paid a high price to have a very thorough job done so the new tenant would be happy, but instead the tenant claimed she didn't think the cleaning crew had come yet! She sent photos of balls of dog fur under the base cabinet toe kick and hand prints on the walls. The company offered to come back out but the tenant had already cleaned it herself. The other time they did come back out and tried again but I still had to do some touchups. They did arrive as scheduled and toilets and showers were clean. The ladies were professional and polite."
