If you want to work with people who definitely are the masters of their craft and serious about their reputation, then you need to book these guys. They worked around our ridiculous schedule and got 3 days worth of work done in 1 day for us. I don't consider myself a lazy person, but I definitely felt like one seeing how much passion and energy they put into their business. "UPDATE 10/2/2022: After my review, I was contacted by Jaleen and was scheduled to have the remaining work completed. They showed up as scheduled and after the two days of work it was completed. I am extremely happy with the final result. I would love to give Paradise Patio 5 stars. However the fact that they have not finished the contracted project nor cleaned up the mess left from the work they have done I cannot do so. The work that has been done thus far is beautiful and was what I was looking for However an important part of the yard design was redoing the sprinkler system to ensure proper watering. I cannot get them to do this. I have been in contact with them multiple times a week for several months. They make promises and fail to keep them. I have tried to be patient and understanding but I am now being treated as if I am a bother and not a customer. I also made the mistake of paying the balance when they still had work to do because I told it was to be completed first thing the next morning. That was 3 wks ago so I have to hand water my yard to prevent the new plants from dying."

"They did a nice planting for our front yard. Unfortunately, Bill could not tell us the names of all the plants that he installed. He planted 3 rose bushes under a tree and they get too much shade to flower over the summer. Three of the plants died over the winter and they were not guaranteed. We later learned that Far West Nursery guarantees their plants for a year. It was a disappointing experience."

"CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY! Carlos and his crew are SECOND TO NONE. From the bidding, to the creativity, the workmanship, their timeliness, and having to beg them to take longer than a seven-second lunch break, you will LOVE working with them! We had an extensive project -- concrete demo, pavers, outdoor kitchen design and install, trees, burms, above ground spa, boulders...and every step of the way, Carlos took our ideas and added his creativity and expertise to make it even more amazing. He knows his stuff, and he has hired a crew of perfectionists that are as awesome personally as they are professionally. At one point they were making cuts in pavers that were not even going to show and my husband joked with them that they could just rush that part... Sean (the one making those cuts) turned and said, --Nope! I have to be able to sleep at night-- That quote really demonstrates the attitude and work ethic of the entire crew. I just cannot recommend Carlos and his guys highly enough! Carlos will give you a bid that is honest and fair, and then blow your mind with the final product. Working with New Life Landscape was an absolute joy and pleasure from start to finish and I will NEVER call anyone else. Not ever!"

They not only did the pavers, but they embedded the electric heat cable so my driveway stays nice and clear even in Donnelly winters!
