My call was returned by someone other than Gerald who examined the stumps and agreed they should be cut lower. I agreed to have 2 or 3 more trees trimmed at the same time. They expected to do the work on May 10. I have not seen or heard from them since then. This is disappointing as I was satisfied otherwise. Perhaps it is because the follow-up was handled by someone other than Gerald. <br />"
