"We met with 3 different companies to advise on getting solar panels. The first 2 companies basically just told us what size system we could get based on state and federal tax rebate levels. Heard an advertisement for Sunpro on radio and decided to call them; turned out to be a good decision. Kara with Sunpro was extremely informative and had a nice package put together for us to review. She even researched our home and had an idea of how much production we could expect with the recommended solar panels. Even after selecting Sunpro, I called Kara with questions about things I'd heard from others or something I forgot to ask. "After this recent storm I had 3 leaks coming through my ceiling due to roofing issues. I contacted Classic Roofing that morning and by lunch Brad and Matt were at my residence to check to see what the issues were. After inspecting the roof and flashing it was determined that due to the age of the roof and a couple of flashing issues my best option was to replace the roofing & flashing and install ridge vents. The roof was over 20 years old, so I knew no need to try and patch it. My materials were delivered the next day and early the following morning the work crew was out. The entire project was completed within a few hours. Once the guys cleaned up the old roofing and their equipment you could not tell anything had taken place except for my BEAUTIFUL new roof!!! I also finally have ventilation on my roof which was so desperately needed. Now days it is so hard to find someone to show up when they say and follow through on the commitments they make, but this company did both. Classic Roofing is nothing short of SUPERIOR in their customer service & workmanship. As you have read I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional service."

He correctly identified a design deficiency in my original roofing and successfully corrected it by installing a "valley" where none existed. He will not submit a bill until he is satisfied that the leak is corrected. I am satisfied that it is, but Brian makes both me and my insurance company happy!
