Very quickly I had a walkthrough, discussed all potential jobs and had an estimate! They installed some baseboards, relocated a wall-mounted TV, installed 2 new ceiling fans, re-caulked the main bathtub/shower combo and fixed some issues with my vinyl plank flooring. Then the paint...they had to smooth all of the walls and sand down before repainting with the best quality paint. Ten Home really did transform my home into something I can be proud of again! We received a very reasonable estimate, and were told that the work could not be done before winter, but they would do some temporary fixes to protect our home. Also, they guarantee all work as long as you stick to a 5 year repaint schedule. Preemo started the work on March 28th and finished on April 3rd.
